- M Bank Participações Ltda.: a holding company with exclusive equity participation in financial institutions and other entities authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil – BACEN, included on March 5, 2010, being the parent company of the following entity:
- M Pagamentos S.A. Credit, Financing and Investment: a company that operates in the credit market, financing and investment in the retail segment, granting loans to individuals, including on March 5, 2010.
- M Serviços LTDA. – acts as a service provider at Marisa stores’ counters.
- Registered – Trademarks, Patents and Royalties Ltda. (“Registered”) – operates the management of non-financial intangible assets, including trademark management, purchase, sale, use, and licensing for the use of trademarks and patents, receipt of royalties, permission to reproduce, And the use of trademarks and patents in processes and products, as well as the retail trade in clothing.
