Ivan Luiz Murias dos Santos
President of the Board
Mr. Ivan Luiz Murias dos Santos holds a degree in Business Administration from FEA/USP and has completed specialization courses in Finance and Retail at George Washington University, Rotman School of Management, and Ashridge Business School. He began his career at Citibank and Deutsche Bank. In 1999, he started his 21-year career in retail at C&A, where he held various positions, culminating in his role in the start-up of C&A China as Sales and Operations Director in 2006. Upon returning to Brazil, he held positions at BRMalls (2007), Walmart (2008), and Iguatemi Company (2010–2012). He served as General Retail Director and as Director of Franchising and Channel Development at Grupo Boticário (2012–2017), where he led the implementation of the Direct Sales channel and the launch of new brands such as Quem Disse, Berenice? and The Beauty Box. From 2018 to 2020, he was CEO of Tok&Stok, leading the company’s logistics and digital transformation and preparing it for an IPO. From 2020 to 2024, he served as CEO of Valid, where he led a broad restructuring of the company during his tenure.
Márcio Luiz Goldfarb

Marcio Goldfarb joined the Marisa Group in 1967 and has held various management positions with Marisa Lojas. In addition to these activities, he attended workshops about brand management by “lifestyle” categories and trends in the retail market sponsored by Whitaker International in New York and managed the Albatroz, GLD and Flip investment funds from 1994 to 1996. He was a manager of Marisa Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, previously held by Marisa’s indirect controlling shareholders, when Petrobrás, Agrale, Aquatec, Petroflex, Eletropaulo, Varig, Borella, Transparaná, Agroceres, Telebrasília, Telebrás and Copene, among others, launched their shares on BOVESPA. Marcio Luiz Goldfarb is the brother of Décio Goldfarb and Denise Goldfarb Terpins.
Ricardo Goldfarb

Mr. Ricardo holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. He currently holds the position of Investment Director at Twister Participações since 2008, as well as Controlling Shareholder at Marisa Lojas S.A., acting as an observer member of the Finance Committee. He started his career in 2004 having worked at the brokerage firm Magliano, investment fund Skopos, and Itaú BBA.
Adriana Caetano

Adriana Caetano holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, is a specialist in IFRS standards from FIPECAFI, and has a Master’s degree in Accounting from FECAP. She serves as an independent member of the Audit Committee of Track & Field Co, Iguatemi S.A., MPM Corpóreos S.A. (Espaçolaser), and Associação de Assistência à Criança Deficiente (AACD). She also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee at Marisa S.A. and Petsupermarket S.A. (Petlove). She is a partner at a consulting firm focused on corporate governance, finance, and corporate accounting matters. She previously served as a member of the Audit Committee of Suzano S.A., advisor to the Technical Board of the Instituto dos Auditores Independentes do Brasil (IBRACON), and partner at KPMG. She has also carried out pro bono activities as a member of the Finance and Sustainability Committees of the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC), a member of the Advisory Group to the Comitê de Pronunciamentos Contábeis (CPC) – IASB Working Group (GT IASB), a member of the Grupo Latinoamericano de Emisores de Normas de Información Financiera (GLENIF), and of the Education Group of the Comitê Brasileiro de Pronunciamentos de Sustentabilidade (CBPS).
Douglas Antônio Gonçalves Souza

Douglas Souza is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in medium and large-sized national and multinational companies, in sectors such as consumer goods, industry and management consulting. He has led turnaround projects, zero-based budgeting and supply chain, logistics and manufacturing operations, achieving significant results. Over the past 12 years, Douglas has carried out turnaround projects for large national companies, involving negotiations with creditor banks and team management to reduce operating costs and improve sales in direct, indirect and digital channels. Douglas also has extensive experience in unit start-up processes, area restructuring and operations, logistics and industrial. He is results-oriented, with broad business vision and the ability to develop and retain talent. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and has good knowledge of Italian. He is also a speaker and professor on turnarounds at FIA, co-author of the book “Turnaround BootCamp” and serves as an advisor. Graduated in Chemical Engineering from FEI, Douglas has a postgraduate degree in Industrial Administration and an MBA in Operations from USP, as well as an MBA in Economics from FIPE (not completed) and management improvement courses from FGV and IMD (Laussane-Switzerland). His experience includes management positions in national and multinational industrial and commercial companies, with international experience as an expatriate executive in Europe, Latin America and Africa.
Edson Salles Abuchaim Garcia

Mr. Edson has a solid career in national and multinational companies with experience at Nestlé, Riachuelo and Caedu and with more than 25 years of experience in retail.
He brings with him a rich background in operational efficiency projects and a comprehensive strategic vision of organizations, he is recognized for his significant contribution to the
professionalization of Caedu. Edson has a degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on Marketing, with a specialization in retail from FIA/USP, also has two MBAs, both in administration and
“C-Level CEO” at FGV.
Adilvo Souza

Mr. Adilvo has extensive experience in finance, having led financial areas for 25 years. He has experience in the Brazilian and Latin American corporate markets in different sectors, such as consumer goods, retail, construction materials, glass, renewable energy, public services and pharmaceuticals. He has held leadership positions in companies such as EMS, Grupo CAOA, Grupo Cornélio Brennand, Cencosud S.A, Hypera and Unilever. He holds degrees in Accounting and Law, with specializations in International Accounting, Corporate and Tax Planning and Corporate Controllership.
